Description:
Mr. Dwyer recently joined our firm in October of 2005. He has a general practice background with an emphasis on civil litigation in the State Courts of Connecticut. Prior to joining us, he tried over 20 civil matters to conclusion, obtaining numerous defendants' verdicts, two of which followed hearings in damages with admitted liability. Mr. Dwyer also completed the trials of more than a dozen Workers' Compensation matters and has argued appeals before the Compensation Review Board.
