Ms. Daly comes to Gibson & Behman with broad experience with multiple federal and state agencies, departments and executive offices, related federal funding, guaranty, insurance and participation programs and multi-jurisdictional regulations that impact banking and finance transactions.  She concentrates on complex transactions in commercial and business law, including business organization and mergers, banking regulation, loan origination, consumer and commercial collection, bankruptcy, foreclosures and title repair.  She also works in the areas of bulk asset evaluation, conveyances, regulatory compliance, loan servicing and re-securitization.
