Description:
Upon graduating law school, Mr. Semel-Weinstein became an associate with a Long Island firm representing injured parties in all aspects of tort and no-fault litigation. This experience consisted of arguing Summary Judgment motions and participating in jury and bench trials. In addition, he resolved matters through arbitration as well as through alternate dispute resolution.
As law student, he worked for MTV Networks, as well as an entertainment law firm in California. Additionally, he has worked as a research assistant and interned at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.
