Description:
Mr. Driscoll was a claims adjuster for seven (7) years during which time he secured the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations. He was a law clerk at an established Boston insurance defense firm for two years prior to completing law school in 1997. Mr. Driscoll graduated from New England School of Law with honors and was a member of it law review. He was admitted to the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bars in 1998.

Mr. Driscoll has practiced in the area of insurance & tort law, representing both defendants and plaintiffs. His experience includes automobile, premises, construction site, product, environmental, coverage, consumer protection, and unfair claims settlement/insurer bad faith. He has significant trial experience. Mr. Driscoll is also a member of the Essex County Bar Association, the American Bar Association (including its Tort & Insurance Law section), and is an instructor at the Insurance Library in Boston.
