Attorney Solimene practices civil litigation in the State and Federal Courts of Connecticut and New York . Since joining the firm in 2004, Attorney Solimene has handled matters involving workers' compensation, insurance coverage, motor vehicle accidents, liquor liability, premises liability and declaratory judgment actions. She has been involved with employment matters before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and has represented employers and insurers throughout Connecticut and New York at workers' compensation, informal and formal hearings.  Attorney Solimene has also handled appeals before the Compensation Review Board and Connecticut Appellate Court
