Description:
Mr. Hecht’s practice focuses on civil litigation including premise liability, liquor liability, motor vehicle and insurance coverage.   Mr. Hecht also practices in the Sports and Entertainment Department for the firm.

Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Hecht successfully mediated, arbitrated and settled a number of plaintiff’s cases in excess of One Million Dollars.  Mr. Hecht was a member of a two attorney team that successfully arbitrated a motor vehicle accident case, receiving a Plaintiff’s arbitration award in the sum of $1.84 Million and reported by Lawyers Weekly as the largest arbitration award in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 2008. Also in 2008, Mr. Hecht settled a wrongful death case for $1.1 million which Lawyers Weekly reported as being in the top 100 settlements in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 2008.
