Mr. O'Neill's practice focuses on civil litigation in the State and Federal courts of Florida, New Hampshire and Vermont. Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. O'Neill has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in the Florida Circuit Courts, New Hampshire Superior Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Vermont. He also handles a wide variety of civil litigation issues involving personal injury litigation, premises liability, products liability, commercial law, employment law, liquor liability and adversary and primary proceedings in the bankruptcy court. Mr. O'Neill has also successfully handled numerous appellate matters in state and federal appeals courts.

Mr. O'Neill has had successful trials including: the defense of a tavern in a personal injury premises liability jury case; the claims of a commercial property purchaser in a purchase and acquisition dispute; various motorists in motor vehicle injury and damages claims; a tavern operator in a liquor liability claim; and numerous appellate cases involving employment discrimination, class actions, discovery disputes and personal injury claims.
