Description:
Mr. Tang's practice focuses on civil litigation in the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Since joining the firm, Mr. Tang has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in the Massachusetts Superior Court and District Court. He handles complex matters involving corporate law, liquor liability, trucking, motor vehicle torts, premises liability, insurance coverage and reinsurance, construction litigation, subrogation, products liability and environmental law. Mr. Tang speaks annually at the American Licensed Beverage Association conference in Las Vegas to the Night Club and Bar Industry on dram shop liability and how to protect their assets.
