The firm represents numerous regional and national insurers and their insureds in all facets of motor vehicle litigation. Our attorneys handle the defense of drivers sued for negligence. In addition, the firm represents insurers against claims brought for uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. We also counsel insurers with respect to insurance coverage issues including, but not limited to, unauthorized drivers, rental car agreements, and cancelled policies.
The firm also represents several of the largest regional trucking companies. That representation consists primarily of defending those companies and their drivers in suits arising out of motor vehicle accidents. However, that representation has expanded now to include the defense of environmental claims, regulatory charges and criminal charges.
