G&B attorneys handle a wide range of subrogation and collection actions in all of our offices.  Our subrogation practice originated from our representation of various automobile insurers, but has grown significantly to include all aspects of insurance subrogation.  Our collection practice focuses on representation of the banking industry and includes both litigation and pre-suit collection activities.  We also represent non-banking businesses in the collection of their outstanding accounts.
