Historically, Gibson & Behman., P.C. represented insurance companies and those companies' insureds in tort litigation. The firm's practice has expanded over the almost twenty years the firm has been in existence.

The litigation practice has grown to include complex matters concerning commercial transactions, employment law, intellectual property, partnership disputes, corporate dissolutions, as well as complex toxic tort, environmental and personal injury claims. G&B attorneys regularly appear in both the state and federal courts in all jurisdictions in which we have offices, as well as across the country. We have a long track record of successful representation of our clients in those courts. The firm's transactional and real estate practices have also expanded and now provide business formation, mergers and acquisition, and commercial and residential real estate services to its individual and business clients.
